Free cancellation
No charge48+ hours before your lesson
Cancel or rebook without any fee. We'll arrange a new time at no cost to you.
50% cancellation fee
50% of booking costLess than 24 hours before (but not same day)
A fee equal to half the booking cost applies. This covers time and planning already committed.
Full cancellation fee
100% of lesson cost (excl. travel fee)Same day as your lesson
A fee equal to the full lesson cost applies (travel fee excluded). Same-day cancellations cannot be recovered through rebooking at short notice.
